Overview
In the event of an emergency, call 911. After calling 911, please call the Property Management Office to ensure that building staff is prepared to assist emergency responders. For example, should an employee require medical assistance, notifying the Property Management Office will enable building staff to promptly secure a dedicated elevator for emergency responders prior to their arrival thereby expediting the response time.
All tenants must supply the Property Management Office with an emergency contact list with phone numbers in order to contact a tenant in the event of an emergency (leak, fire, etc.) after building hours. A Tenant Contact Form is available for download.
