Passenger Elevators

The building’s passenger elevators are designated for passenger use only. No deliveries, bikes, hand trucks or carts are permitted on the passenger elevators at any time.

Freight Elevators

The Loading Dock is located at 121 W 46th Street. Deliveries requiring freight elevator service can be made Monday - Friday during regular freight hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm excluding holidays). All regular use of the freight elevator is on a first come, first served basis to be shared with other deliveries. There is no single use dedicated freight service during normal freight hours. Bulk deliveries requiring more than two trips on the freight elevator (e.g., furniture or other materials requiring a dedicated elevator car) must be scheduled after regular business hours, starting at 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) or on weekends. The tenant must pay an additional fee for freight elevator service and guard supervision if required after regular freight hours. To schedule use of the freight elevator outside of the regular freight hours, please contact the Property Management Office at least one business day in advance of your reservation requirement. Reservations may also be made using AwareManager.

If Saturday and Sunday freight elevator and loading dock security services are required, you will need to schedule in advance. There is a 4 hour minimum for weekends and holiday freight and loading dock guard services. Please contact the Property Management Office for applicable rates and conditions.

All tenant moves (in or out), must be made using the freight elevator. Please refer to Move In/Move Out Procedures section, for more information regarding use of the freight elevator.
