Property Management Office
The Durst Organization's Property Management Office is committed to making your office environment as pleasant and safe as possible. The Property Management Office is located on the C2 level of 114 W 47th Street. All tenant questions should be directed to the Property Management Office by phone, (212) 575-9191. Property Management Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Calls placed after the Property Management Office closes will be forwarded to the Lobby Desk.
