Life Safety & Emergency Procedures

SafetyNet

Safety and security are top priorities at 114 West 47th Street. To help ensure all occupants understand their roles in an emergency, it is required by law that all tenants and their employees participate in our online life safety training program, SafetyNet. This convenient program complies with Local Law 26, New York City's non-fire emergency preparedness ordinance (also known as the EAP law).

The SafetyNet page can be accessed at: http://clients.aksafetynet.com/114west47th/

The video covers fire and non-fire emergencies, building evacuation, in-building relocation, shelter in place, and other critical information. The entire training process takes less than 20 minutes.
